With Outlook 2007 open, select Tools from the top menu bar. Select Account Settings... from the drop down menu.
Click on the "New..." icon to open the new account wizard.
Select the "Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP" option and click Next.
Check the "Manually configure server settings or additional server types" checkbox and click Next.
Select the "Internet E-Mail" option and click Next.
Make sure your User Information and Logon Information appears in the appropriate locations and that "mail.xynapse.ca" is listed in both Incoming and Outgoing mail server locations.
Click "More Settings...", which will open a new window. In the "Outgoing Server" tab, ensure your settings are as indicated below.
In the "Advanced" tab, ensure your settings are as indicated below.
Click "Okay", which will bring you back to the original window, then click "Next". If the settings are correct, the following window will be displayed:
If there are any errors, please review all your settings again. If a problem still persists, please contact Snap360 Support Services with the appropriate error information.
Complete the process by clicking "Close", then click "Finish".
