With Outlook 2013 open, click on the File tab at the top of the screen, then click the + Add Account button.
Select the "Manual setup or additional server types" option and click Next.
Select the "POP or IMAP" option and click Next.
Make sure your User Information and Logon Information appears in the appropriate locations and that "mail.xynapse.ca" is listed in both Incoming and Outgoing mail server locations.
Select "More Settings...", which will open a new window. In the "Outgoing Server" tab, ensure your settings are as indicated below.
In the "Advanced" tab, ensure your settings are as indicated below.
Click "Okay", which will bring you back to the original window, then click "Next". If the settings are correct, the following window will be displayed:
